In-Stock Policy
While we do our very best to insure an accurate inventory for your shopping ease, unfortunately products do sell out. This usually happens when two or more customers order the same item at the same time, before our computer has a chance to update itself. Due to the many different manufactures that we represent; shipping may take up to 3 – 7 days before notification of shipment is sent to you and shipments may come from multiple warehouses.
Partial Order Shipments
It is Lawnandgardenparts.com standard practice to ship partial orders.
Returns
UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 10 days of receiving your RMA# for a full refund, minus 25% restocking fee. Please note that we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from Lawnandgardenparts.com Items that are returned after the 10 day time frame will be charged a 35% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt with an RMA# and an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange.
Please Note:
Any of following items cannot be returned and will be refused if shipped to us for the purpose of a return.
- Orders without RMA #
- Special Orders are non-returnable
- Electrical Products
- Any product that has been used
- Parts ordered wrong by buyer (Please make sure what you are ordering is correct.)

RMA #'s will only be issued if Lawnandgardenparts.com is at fault.
